- Packed in cardboard boxes or tubes, including instruction sheets.
- Payment method according to the conditions posted on the online shop.
- Carriage included in the total amount of the order made to the online shop up to a maximum weight of 2 kgs. For larger orders, carriage shall be negotiated on a case by case basis.

Returns and refunds
- Returns are accepted up to 15 days of the receipt of the article.
- The returns must contain the new item and in perfect condition.
- Transportation costs will be paid by the buyer.
- The refund will be made after checking the item and discounting the transport costs.
